Be warned, New York. A new bartender is in town.
“Any good bar has to have a pisco drink,” says Nathan Paluck, a bartender at Panca restaurant in New York City.
MSNBC happened to find Nate tending Panca’s bar recently and asked him to come up to Rockefeller Center to mix their staff a few pisco-based drinks. The budding mixologist and two-year Lima resident happily shared some love of Peru’s official cocktail. The photo below is a fairly accurate picture of most weekday nights and weekend afternoons at the Paluck abode, at least when he isn’t working the Panca crowd.
